Meet Your Guide
Hi, I’m Lea
I’m a wife, a mom, and someone who has spent over seven years walking alongside foster, adoptive, and kinship families. I know how heavy it feels when challenging behaviors show up again and again. The exhaustion, the guilt, the feeling that you’re doing everything you can and still falling short.
That’s why I created this support and workshop. It is TBRI-informed (Trust-Based Relational Intervention).I help you build connection first, then give you practical tools to respond to behaviors with more calm, clarity, and confidence.
I’m here because I genuinely care about helping parents like you feel stronger and more connected to your child.

Frequently asked questions
What is TBRI-informed support?
TBRI (Trust-Based Relational Intervention) is a research-based model that helps parents meet a child’s needs through connection. This is not a TBRI training course. It is practical, parent-focused support that teaches you how to build trust first and then address challenging behaviors through the lenses of TBRI, attachment and trauma.
Who is this support for?
The family support service is for foster, adoptive, and kinship parents (or those in the process) anywhere in the world who are struggling with challenging behaviors. The workshop is for any entity that cares for families with adoptive/foster/kinship children or directly works with children with difficult histories.
Where are the services available?

- Foster, Adoption and Kinship workshop online outside Indiana
What are the fees for the workshop?
You can reach out to me on info@leadarido.com and we will address your need and based on the package chosen a fee will be decided.
What are the fees for the Family Support service?
All sessions are $100 for 45 minutes.
This is a significantly discounted rate because this work is deeply personal to me — it’s passion-driven and ministry-oriented. My goal is to make quality, TBRI-informed support accessible to as many foster, adoptive, and kinship families as possible.
Please note: Because of the limited number of spots I can take, this pricing is only available for a small number of families at a time.
Is Family Support therapy?
No. This is practical, insight-oriented support focused on building connection and responding to challenging behaviors. It is not therapy.
