My Story

I’ve always been passionate about listening to people’s stories and understanding how humans function. However, it wasn’t until I entered the workforce that I truly grasped my fascination with relationships. I view them as a compass, guiding me toward uncovering people’s underlying hurts and traumas. I mean when someone struggles with pain, the first question that comes to mind is, “Tell me about your relationships, especially with your parents.”

Over time, working with vulnerable and hurting children, I noticed a pattern: regardless of the intervention, the root of their pain often stemmed from the absence of healthy adult relationships and an unsafe environment. This realization sparked a burning question: How can I truly, drastically help these kids? From this question, my vision came to life.

My Vision

My vision is to empower adults to bring their traumas to light and teach them how to build healthy relationships—both with themselves and the world. After all, how can I help a child feel truly safe and flourish if their primary source of support is constantly hurting and unable to be attuned to the child’s needs? This foundation of healthy adult relationships must come first, followed by parenting techniques and work with the child.
Furthermore, I believe in the ripple effect. Even if someone doesn’t currently have children, fostering consciousness in adults contributes to a better world. By healing themselves, they become better equipped to build healthy connections in all aspects of their lives. And who knows, they might one day have their own children, and the skills they learn will have a profound impact on the next generation. I want to be a part of something, no matter how small, that contributes to the well-being of children.

Interests

Besides one-on-one sessions, the things I enjoy most in my career are training and providing workshops. Public speaking, whether in person or on camera, comes naturally to me. Especially when the topics involve trauma and attachment, I find myself truly engaged.
Outside of work, you’ll find me spending quality time with my husband and child. We all share a love for traveling and hiking in nature.
As a woman from the Middle East, I initially thought that moving to the United States would somehow impede fulfilling my vision. I believed that human suffering would be less in more developed countries. Socially, things are certainly better here, but on an individual level, everyone is fighting their own battle, regardless of where they come from. This realization solidified my purpose – to help people build healthy relationships, wherever they may be in the world.
